Restoring the health of marine ecosystems is possible with artificial reefs. Artificial reefs provide the option for corals to grown again. Furthermre, the structures provide various micro-habitats for different forms of marine life that can all find food, shelter, and a safe space to reproduce within these new habitats.
The ReefSystems Foundation aims to install artificial reefs worldwide. By setting up workshops around the world, where local communities get the knowledge and resources for the production and installation of a unique modular artificial reef system.
